After the recent discovery that Megan Fox is using apple cider vinegar for weight loss, we felt it was worth a closer inspection and see if could be something that could help you lose weight too.

The way that apple cider vinegar works, is it speeds up your metabolism which means your body is able to burn more calories.  This is largely due to an acid that is present in the vinegar called acetic acid, which allows your body to extract more iron from the food you eat.

There are apple cider supplements available on the market, but it is believed these won’t give you anywhere near the same results as taking it in the form mentioned above.

You may also notice that your cravings for snacks and fatty foods reducing over a period of time, and you may also find yourself making slightly more visits to the toilet.  This isn’t a bad thing though, as this is partly due to the body flushing toxins from the body.
